What is Home Banking?
Home B@nking is a new service for Pacific Advantage that provides members a convenient and safe way to access your account information and transact over the internet. You can access your accounts 24/7 from anywhere you can get online. Just take a look at some of the things you can do.

    • Review account balances

    • Transfer funds between accounts †See Below

    • Obtain interest or dividend information

    • Review account history

    • Download account information to Quicken or MS Money

    • Transfer loan payments excluding VISA

    • Change password


Is there any cost for using Home Banking?
NO. Home Banking with Pacific Advantage is absolutely FREE.


How do I access Home Banking?
Just click on the "Sign On" button and enter your account number and access number.


How do I get an access number?
Simply call a Member Service Representative at (650) 652-1365 or use the e-mail response section provided. An access number will be assigned to you.


Can I log on from remote locations?
Yes. Just make sure that your browser is compatible with the Home Banking Software and that your are not restricted by your ISP, i.e.: work.


If someone knows my account number, can they access my accounts using Home Banking?
NO. Only persons who know both your account number and your password may access your account.


Can I pay bills online?
No. At this time, this feature is not available.


I forgot my password, how do I find it?
Call Member Services or e-mail us for a new number. We are not able to look-up your old number.


Can I download my account history to Quicken or MS Money?
Yes. You can balance and operate your account information through these standard programs.


Does PACADFCU sell or provide information about my personal finances to external parties?
NO. We will not sell or provide personal information to third parties. We may share personal information with businesses to provide you with additional services. These businesses will only use this information as directed by PACADFCU.


HOME BANKING ACCOUNT TO ACCOUNT TRANSFER
A member MUST SUBMIT THE REQUEST IN WRITING (letter or fax) AND SIGNED, listing the account (number and name on the account) where the monies are coming "from" and going "to" AND if the transfer is going to be both ways or just one way.


*For your safety: Your Credit Union will never ask for any confidential information, account numbers or personal identification numbers over email. When contacting your Credit Union via email, do NOT include any information which may compromise the security of your accounts.
