See the Credit Union representative in your office, obtain a membership card and payroll deduction form (on which you authorize the amount you want automatically deducted from each paycheck). If there is no representative in your office or if you are a family member, call the Pacific Advantage Federal Credit Union Office at (800)444-5504 for an application or for the name and phone number of the nearest representative.

The completed forms and a minimum of $25 opens your Share Account. No membership fee is required, and the total amount will be credited to your new account.
