• If you do not have a PIN (personal identification number) number issued by us, please call the Burlingame office. A PIN number will be issued for you to access ART.
  The Burlingame office numbers are(650)652-1365 or (800)444-5504.
  
  
• After you have received your PIN number, call ART at 1-800-655-2220 and enter your 4 digit personal access code (PIN number).
  
  
• If you want to change your PIN number you may do so by entering 96 action code.
  
  
• Just listen to the instructions to navigate through ART. We will have an information sheet available in our next statement mailing.

Step 2	Enter account number, then # sign.
Step 3	Enter 4 digit personal access code.*
Step 4	Personal access code is the 4 digit number (month & date) of your birthday
Step 5	Listen to the instructions.
*	Action Codes are always 2 digits
*	If you press 99, you will be given a HELP USING THE SYSTEM menu
